I can confidently say this has been the best service I have ever experienced in any hotel so far. The staff truly offer a royal treatment—we felt comfortable, luxurious, and genuinely cared for, almost like being treated as kings and queens. Every department excelled, from the warm welcome at the entry and lobby to the dining experience, room service, and even the engineering staff. I always felt safe, respected, and at ease throughout my stay. Even when I had a minor issue with the AC at midnight, the team resolved it quickly with a smile and the same welcoming attitude, which was truly impressive. The hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations in every way. From the serene surroundings and beautiful pools to the relaxing spa and overall atmosphere, everything was exceptional. I honestly have no complaints—just gratitude for making my stay so memorable. Thank you, Sthala Ubud Hotel, for setting a new standard of hospitality.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and caring — especially when we got sick, they truly took care of us like family. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing river view that made our mornings so peaceful. Breakfast was generous with so many delicious options to choose from. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to Ubud center — super convenient! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful experience in Bali. ❤️

The Sthala is run like a dream by an exceptional staff team who really understand their roles and how to make guests feel looked after. Excellent choice of breakfasts, quiet terrace spaces when they're needed and excellent positioning overlooking nature and trees made it an excellent base for our long stay in Ubud.

The staffs were friendly and helpful all. I would thank Juli & Prandila for their support & nice words. In addition I would thank the shuttle’s driver to Ubud’s center for his patience.
